God has made many wonderful animals, one of which is the

snake. Each year many people die of snake bites from venomous

snakes. Some of these bites are the result of people trying

to get to close to the snake, handling the snake or trying to

kill the snake. Most people haven’t a clue what type of snake

it is when they see one. For this reason many non-venomous

snakes are killed, normally being mistaken as a venomous

snake. I hope this site will give you more knowledge of snakes,

teach you what to do if a snake bite ever occurs, and how to tell

the venomous from the non-venomous snakes. I hope it will also,

but I doubt it, turn non-snake-lovers into snakes lovers.
