Giant Garter Snake ~ Thamnophis gigas
Adult body length: 4 to 5 feet
Typical diet: Mice, lizards, birds, and other small mammals
The Giant Garter Snake is a Non-Venomous
Snake. Unlike the Common Garter snake, this
snake can grow up to 5 feet in length. When
Threatened, this snake is normally shy and will
flee from its predator.
